Investment Criteria

Financial

Growing and profitable. We are flexible on scale, but we prefer at least $10MM in revenue and $3MM in EBITDA.

Industries

B2B services, with a preference for providers of technology and maintenance solutions for Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), retailers, and manufacturers.

Culture

We prefer founder or family-owned businesses with a strong and tenured middle management team.

Strategic Fit

We seek businesses where we can leverage our deep expertise and networks in technology, sales, and marketing to drive meaningful growth.

Geography

Continental US, with a preference for West Coast
